Our Process

From site visit to final walkthrough

Each project is measured, planned, prepared, and installed around the actual conditions of the space and the selected tile.

01

On-Site Consultation

Cameron visits the project, takes measurements, reviews the installation area, discusses your goals, and identifies the tile-related scope.

02

Planning & Estimate

Tile size, layout, patterns, trim, grout, custom features, preparation, and waterproofing requirements are reviewed. A written estimate is delivered digitally within two business days.

03

Surface Preparation

Depending on the project, this can include tile demolition, wall replacement, substrate repair, floor leveling, waterproofing, niches, benches, curbs, dams, and other tile-system construction.

04

Precision Installation

The tile is installed with attention to symmetry, pattern alignment, grout-joint consistency, corners, edges, transitions, and the relationship between fixtures and surrounding surfaces.

05

Final Walkthrough

The completed work is inspected, finishing details are reviewed, care requirements are discussed, and any final tile-related items are addressed.
